mi-RTM includes access to mi-digital building for the duration of your Right to Manage journey. Our platform will automatically store your documentation within mi-digital building to give you easy access to the information you need to succeed.
Our prices also include the cost of setting up your RTM Company, which we will also organise for you.
Our prices do not include VAT.
Signup and Pre-Qualification are FREE
Once you have pre-qualified your building and decided to go ahead, the cost per flat of your Right to Manage journey is:
2 - 5 flats = £100 per flat
6 to 10 flats = £95 per flat
11 to 20 flats = £85 per flat
21 and above = £75 per flat
